Chef Drew Watson
Chef Drew Watson came up through the San Francisco kitchens of Hubert Keller (Fleur de Lys), Arnold Wong (EOS) and Traci des Jardins (Jardiniere). A graduate from Vanderbilt University and the California Culinary Academy, he's been an Executive Chef and GM of several restaurants spanning the U.S.  He resides in upcountry Maui with his identical twin sons, Connor & Maxwell, and his daughter, Fiona.

Chef Jeff Barbas
Chef Jeffrey Barbas worked in the kitchens of Peter Merriman - one of the founding fathers of Hawaiian Regional cuisine.  He lives in Kona coffee country with his wife, Lisa (also a chef who lends us a hand during the holidays) and identical twin sons, Joel and West. Jeff and Lisa met while attending the California Culinary Academy.
